My affirmations for today:

One of my favorited daily practices is "The Five minute journal".

I personally have the hardcover book which I love using- you can get it on Amazon here.

Every morning I write down:⠀

  1. 3 things I am grateful for

  2. 3 things that would make today great

  3. Daily affirmations (I am..)⠀


Every night I write down:⠀

  1. 3 amazing things that happened today⠀

  2. How I could have made today even better⠀


I recommend trying this out for a whole week and seeing how you feel.⠀

For me it is empowering, grounding and connects me to a higher purpose.⠀

Which is something I want to feel daily.
