Personal Training

An hour 1:1 fitness training session personally designed to your needs and desires.

Available also for private groups of 2-3 people.

Workouts include:

  • TRX

  • Lightweight equipment and weights

  • Body-weight exercises

  • Cardio

  • Interval training

  • Running

  • Pilates

  • Barre

This is all about you, what you like to do, and what you can actually maintain for the long run and make a way of life.

Sessions take place through Zoom or in Tel Aviv, at my home studio near Basel.
