Personal Training

A 55 min 1:1 fitness training session personally designed to your needs and desires.

Workouts include:

  • TRX

  • Lightweight equipment and weights

  • Body-weight exercises

  • Cardio

  • Interval training

  • Running

  • Pilates

  • Barre

This is all about you, what you like to do, and what you can actually maintain for the long run and make a way of life.

As part of my holistic approach, each training client will need to start off with a 1:1 consultation with me.

Sessions take place in Tel Aviv, at my home studio near Basel and at parks in the old north.
