Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it’s actually very simple

In this workshop you will learn healthy recipes for lunch or dinner that you can quickly put together.

​Workshop includes:

  • 1:1 two hour cooking workshop at my place or yours

  • We will prepare a whole meal of your choice including a main dish, side dish, salad and dessert

  • You will leave with the meal and the ability to prepare it on your own (including recipes)

  • You will learn how to adjust the recipes to your time, desires and needs

  • You have the option to buy the ingredients on your own or add an additional fee for me to buy them for you or to join you on your trip to the grocery shop

Dishes include meat, vegan, gluten-free and grain-free options:

  • Main dish: grain-free schnitzel (served with tahini) / baked salmon or denis fish with herbs / beef kebabs on a cinnamon stick (served with tahini) / baked vegan falafels

  • Side dish: roasted vegetables (your choice of: cauliflower, beets, sweet potato, onion and zucchini) / cauliflower rice / green beans with garlic and onion / more options like rice, quinoa etc.

  • Dessert: fudge brownies / chocolate truffles (both vegan).
